I would deff. recommand high rep, low weight for begginers.
Okay, so I'm a rock climber, and I'm pretty good. But I lack strenth for the bigger, more power oriented routes and moves. Specifically bicep strength. How can I improve, preferably without weight training?
Would protein drinks help my workout?
